What Features BlackBerry 10?

Jakarta - Research In Motion (RIM) to spit a lot of promise of greatness BlackBerry 10 platform to be embedded in the latest six-powered dual-core handset that will be launched in the first quarter of 2013. 

BB10 performance is presented directly by Frank Boulben, RIM`s Chief Marketing Officer and the Carlo Chiarello, Executive Vice President Business Smartphone RIM, at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta, Thursday (11/10/2012). 

BB10`s latest handset will supposedly be available in two options namely entirely touch screen without any buttons, and another hybrid touch screen with a physical keyboard. RIM did not deny, a physical keyboard is still very popular. 

"But I can assure you all will too fond fully touchscreen with a virtual keyboard because it is very easy to use. Fact, for the type of fuel was also faster," said Boulben. 

In addition to a virtual keyboard, RIM also promises new BlackBerry battery can last a full day later though used for solid activity. 

In addition, all the existing features in RIM is always `on` without having to turn on or off. Switching between applications is promised will take place seamlessly without having to interfere `hourglass`. 

"Batteries, browser, camera, would be better. All will be well integrated email, chat, BBM, SMS, Facebook, Twitter, and more. All can be done with one finger only with BlackBerry Hub," said Boulben. 



When launched later, BB10 was also promised as the first multimedia handset that has the most applications."At least 100 most popular apps will be present. Includes the most popular applications of Sillcon Valley. Applications are available specifically for Indonesia," he said. 

In the demo presented BB10 Carlo Chiello, all activities with BlackBerry diperagakannya using only one hand.Starting from typing words with the help of predictive text, browsing, and others, to checking email and all incoming messages is done by shifting sideways swipe. 

Unfortunately, Chiello not allow the media to record or take photos during the presentation took place. "There are some features that are still confidential and we do not want this feature to leak. BB10 We want to remain a surprise when launched later," he said. 



Even with the BB10 object peragaannya, said Chiello just a prototype. "This handset is not the final version.`ll Just say if you like the Nokia Lumia handsets, which surely will be different. Maybe the screen just stays the same," he said. 

Chiello also said BB10 OS platform will only be used on the new handset. "Of course I have a new handset. As usual cars and race cars, just different strength. Later in the new handset, we use a dual core processor," he concluded.
